We make sandwiches featuring our specialty meats and cheeses fresh daily on handcrafted breads and baguettes. Our salads are of the best quality using premier ingredients. All sandwiches and salads are available To Go, and are perfect for a busy working lunch, an afternoon picnic or an impromptu dinner. With our neighbor, Wine Cellars of Annapolis, you can enjoy one-stop shopping for the wines, cheeses and meats that will define your perfect meal.

Tastings is owned by Stacey Adams-Zier. A professional chef and culinary instructor, Stacey received her culinary education from L'Academie de Cuisine near Washington D.C. A member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals and an avid traveler, Stacey has spent countless hours in kitchens across the Mediterranean. In 2006, Stacey decided to open Tastings Gourmet Market because she simply couldn't find the type of products that she fell in love with while traveling through Italy, France, Greece, Spain and Eastern Europe. The experience of walking into an Old World-style European market-the pungent odors of dried salumis hanging from the ceiling, perfectly aged cheeses cut to order, regional delicacies that define cultures and traditions-- are unforgettable memories that Stacey seeks to recreate at Tastings Gourmet Market.

Stacey has developed a small staff of knowledgeable cheesemongers who are thoroughly trained in the art of cheese. You can always be assured of receiving the freshest, properly ripened and perfectly maintained cheese or charcuterie.
