CATERING SERVICES

We offer corporate and social catering for events large and small. We specialize in corporate box lunches, private parties, wine and cheese tastings, picnic and boat outings, and educational culinary events. Whether antipasti or artisanal cheese platters, signature salads and sandwiches, box lunches, or delicious gourmet spreads… all of our catering selections are made fresh in our kitchen. Let us help you create a feast to satisfy your eyes and your tastebuds.

PAPER GOODS & EQUIPMENT

Upon request, orders of up to 50 people will include necessary dry goods including disposable plates, napkins, and flatware. Flatware, china, and linens can be ordered for an additional charge.

DELIVERY SERVICES

We deliver Monday through Friday 8am to 7pm, Saturday 8am to 4pm, and Sunday 9am to 5pm. We will make exceptions, but additional fees may be applied. There is no charge for local deliveries within the Annapolis area. We have a $20 delivery charge for any orders going to Arnold, Severna Park, Davidsonville, Gambrills, Crofton, and Bowie. If you would like an order delivered outside these areas, please call for an estimate.

CATERING STAFF RATES & GRATUITY

We can also provide catering staff for your event. A minimum of four hours will be billed for all staff. Rates vary depending on what services are needed. General rates are as follows:

  • Chefs & Supervisors $35-40 per hour
  • Bartenders & Wait Staff $28-$30 per hour
  • Cheese Monger $28 per hour
  • Event Gratuity 18% of food and beverage

PAYMENTS

A deposit is required to hold all events. A 50% deposit is due along with final guest count 7 days prior to your event. Balance is due in full the day of your event. We accept all major credit cards, corporate checks, cash, and approved house accounts.

PLACING AN ORDER

The minimum order with our catering department is 10 people. In order for us to guarantee timely delivery and service, we request 48 hours of notice for all orders. We will make every effort to accommodate same day orders, however we cannot ensure product and time availability. Payment is due in full upon delivery. Please provide at least 24 hours of notice for any cancellations in order to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.

Along with fine cheeses, we have a variety of pates, specialty meats from across the Mediterranean, terrines, olives, nuts, condiments, dried fruits and crackers. We also have a variety of sandwiches and salads, some of which you can view on our menu. Please note that our menu is just a small glimpse of what we offer- we can create products to your specifications.
