Makes enough for 6 wedge salads
- 2 ounces Echo Mountain Blue, crumbled
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/3 cup fat free Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- In a medium bowl, combine Echo Mountain Blue and buttermilk. Whisk together until combined, smooth, with some small lumps.
- Add remaining ingredients. Stir well until combined.
