- 3 pounds red potatoes, quartered
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 wedge BellaVitano Rosemary & Olive Oil Asiago
- Boil for 10 minutes, or until tender, and drain.
- Mix potatoes with sour cream, yogurt, salt, pepper, onions, and cheese.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving cold.
