- 1 bunch fresh arugula and/or mizuna
- 2 beets, cooked & sliced
- 3-4 radish, thinly sliced
- 1 handful fresh mint leaves
- ½ c cooked farro
- 1/3 c crumbled sheep milk feta cheese
- 3 T Dulcet Essential Balsamic Dressing & Sauce
- Place all the items in a large bowl and toss together.
